Yes, purchasing with DeWaard & Bode gives you access to our in-house repair center. Simply fill out a service request form, and we will gladly assist you. For parts, fill out the parts request form, and we will be happy to get you the parts you need.

How does your delivery service work?

We offer two types of delivery options, standard delivery, where we deliver to your home, and delivery plus (for an additional cost), which includes delivery and installation. Talk to one of our sales representatives or view our online delivery calendar to find a delivery time and date that works for you. Once you have selected a time and date, contact one of our sales representatives to schedule your delivery. Most in-store and in-stock items are available for delivery.

What are your financing options?

Well, I'm a repeat offender here because the Sales guys are absolutely great and the prices are better than fabulous. My range went out and my husband suggested here since we had such a great buying experience for out front loading washer & dryer. Off we go in the rain and find a top of the line Whirlpool range with bells and whistles that we needed for a phenomenal price. One of the biggest reasons I like shopping here is the Sales Associates are not pushy, they're friendly and know their products so there are no surprises. Plus, they ask if you want the Service Plan, which you do because it's great, they don't make you feel bad if you don't want it. It's just a great place to start and end your appliance hunt. I will always shop here first for my next purchase that will probably be a dishwasher.
